Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am unsure on my technique for some lifts. Can you help with that?
    During the consultation we will assess what you can and can’t do and plan accordingly. Technique advice can also be given using the messaging service or journal section, where lifts can be recorded, assessed and improved.
  • How will I access my programme ?
    Your programme will be on the teambuildr app. Once you have downloaded the app the and has your initial consultation your bespoke programme will appear on the app within 48 hours.
  • Are the programmes specific to me?
    Yes - The programmes are completely bespoke to you and your needs.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership anytime by alerting Andy by email. We ask that you commit to the programme for 3 months, as this is the amount of time we can really start to see huge improvements.
  • How much access do I get to my coach?
    You can use the messaging service any day within work hours 8-5, or you can book a 15 minute catch up weekly if necessary.
  • What happens when I sign up for online coaching?
    You will receive a welcome email with instructions to set up the app, as well as an onboarding questionnaire which will need to be completed. You will then book an initial call with Andy. Following the call your bespoke programme will be set up within 48 hours.
  • What does the app involve?
    You will have your own personal profile, with your programmed exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and instructional videos. You have a messaging portal to speak directly to the coach, where you can upload videos for technique advice or send screenshots of your exercise from third party apps (strata, apple health). You will also have access to your personal journal to keep track of your exercise or note any changes to the plan, as well as access to your progress charts. There is also a section for educational pieces that Andy adds to the app on a monthly basis.
